How a shipment runs with us
- Enquiry. You send origin, destination, commodity, volume, weight and the date that matters. We reply with a route plan — usually within one working day.
- Booking and collection. Space is booked directly with the rail platform or the carrier. Our own fleet collects from your factory anywhere in China and drays into Xi'an.
- Consolidation and packing. At our own warehouse: sorting, palletising, weighing, export packing, and for heavy cargo a documented lashing plan with a photo record before the doors close.
- Export declaration. Filed in-house by licensed brokers, so the paperwork is not outsourced to a third party you cannot reach.
- Main leg. Rail, road, ocean or a combination of them, on a schedule you have already seen.
- Destination. Through our overseas partners: clearance, devanning and delivery to the consignee, or release of the full container if you prefer.
Why shippers consolidate the chain with one forwarder
- One point of contact. When something goes wrong at a border, there is no argument about which party owns it.
- First-hand booking. As an authorized tier-1 agent of the Xi'an Railway Platform we book space directly, not through secondary brokers.
- No hidden handovers. Collection, packing, declaration and loading all happen with us, so responsibility does not move between suppliers mid-shipment.
- Documentation built to be checked. Documents are prepared by the same team that handles the shipment, so the invoice, the packing list and the declaration agree with each other.

Frequently asked questions
Can you handle both the export from China and the import at destination?
Yes. We handle collection, packing, export declaration and the main leg out of China, and through our overseas partners we cover clearance, devanning and delivery at destination. For German, Italian, Polish, Hungarian and Czech origins we also run return trains into China with import declaration handled here.
Do you work with cargo we have already bought on FOB terms?
Yes. In that case the main leg is arranged by the seller's forwarder and we take over at destination, or we handle the inland and documentation work in China. Tell us the Incoterm and we will set out exactly which links are yours and which are ours.
What is the smallest shipment you will take?
One pallet of groupage on our LCL lanes, with no minimum beyond that. Below that, the sensible options are to hold the cargo for consolidation or to look at a courier or air service, and we will say so rather than over-engineer it.
Can you store cargo before it ships?
Yes. We offer short and long-term storage at our own warehouse at Xi'an International Port, which is often what makes a consolidation work: cargo arrives from several suppliers over several days and leaves as one container.
Do you offer DDP?
On the lanes where we have the destination partner to do it properly, including Azerbaijan and Germany. Under DDP we carry the import clearance and duty, with the declared value and the duty basis agreed in writing before departure.
