WideSafe International Logistics is a National Class-A rail freight forwarder in Xi'an that books scheduled container trains to Baku, Europe, Russia and Central Asia — about thirty departures a month on the Baku lane alone — and consolidates its own LCL groupage at a self-owned CFS inside Xi'an International Port, three kilometres from the railhead. FCL from twenty-one departure stations across China — Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hefei, Jinan and Qingzhou among them — one contract from factory gate to destination terminal.
WideSafe books space on four scheduled corridors out of Xi'an International Port Station. Baku and the Caucasus run by block train to Aktau or Kuryk and cross the Caspian by feeder vessel into Alat, with onward delivery through Azerbaijan and Georgia. Europe goes through the Małaszewicze gauge change into Poland, Germany, Czechia, Hungary and Serbia. Russia loads by block train via Manzhouli. Central Asia clears at Khorgos or Alashankou for Almaty, Tashkent, Bishkek and Ashgabat. The Baku line alone loads about thirty trains a month at Xi'an, and we book from 21 departure stations across China — so the answer to "is there space" is usually a matter of which station, not whether.
Scheduled block trains and our own LCL to Alat Port, with onward delivery across Azerbaijan and Georgia. Thirty scheduled trains a month load at Xi'an alone, plus Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hefei, Jinan and Qingzhou.

View routeMost importers end up coordinating four suppliers: a trucker to the railhead, a booking agent for the train, a warehouse for the LCL box, and a broker for export clearance. WideSafe keeps all four in house at Xi'an International Port — a 6,000 m² warehouse with eight loading docks less than three kilometres from the railhead, our own LCL consolidation, export declaration and container supply. Heavy cargo is stuffed and lashed on site rather than at a third-party yard, which is where most damage and delay claims start. You get one contract, one document set and one contact for the whole chain, from factory gate to destination terminal.

WideSafe International Logistics Co., Ltd is a National Class-A international freight forwarder founded in 2014, with registered capital of RMB 10 million and a first-class booking agreement on the Xi'an rail platform. In practice that means block-train space is allocated to us directly rather than resold through a broker, which is why we can confirm a departure date instead of quoting the next available train. We move more than 10,000 TEU a year to Baku, consolidate our own LCL boxes in a 6,000 m² warehouse three kilometres from Xi'an International Port Station, and handle export declaration in house. WCA membership 140026 and JCtrans membership 110483 give us named partners in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Central Asia and Europe for destination clearance and delivery.

Read updateAbout thirty scheduled block trains a month load at Xi'an for Baku — roughly one a day — and we run our own LCL consolidation to Baku and Alat Port alongside them. Other origins such as Zhengzhou, Hefei, Chongqing and Jinan follow their own timetables - send us your loading city and we will confirm the next available departure.
Yes. We consolidate LCL cargo at our Xi'an Port warehouse under our own name, so you do not need a full container. Minimum volumes are low, and cargo from different Chinese cities can be trucked in for the same departure.
Yes. Through our partner network we arrange import clearance and door delivery in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Central Asia and Europe, including transloading where gauge changes are required.
Use the quote form on this page or email team01@widesafe.com with your loading city, destination, cargo description and volume. We normally reply within one working day with a route plan and an all-in rate.
No — we run both, and the choice is driven by your deadline rather than by the cargo. Rail reaches Europe in 16–25 days station to station, or 11–12 days on the fixed-timetable service; sea is slower but cheaper per cubic metre on large volumes. Because we book both, the quotation you get puts the two side by side instead of pushing whichever mode we happen to hold space on.
