Where we hire
| Area | What the work looks like |
|---|---|
| Rail booking & space allocation | Working directly with the Xi'an Railway Platform: schedules, cut-offs, space allocation across Middle Corridor, Russia, Central Asia and Europe services. |
| Documentation & customs | Export declarations, tax rebate documents, transit papers, commodity and compliance pre-checks for cross-border rail and road cargo. |
| Warehousing & CFS operations | Receiving, sorting, palletizing, weighing and stuffing at our own consolidation warehouse, with loading photo reporting. |
| Trucking dispatch | Coordinating our domestic fleet: factory pickups nationwide, drayage into the rail hub, and container delivery. |
| International sales | Building relationships with shippers and consignees abroad on our Eurasian corridors, in English and where possible Russian. |
What we look for
- Ownership — you follow the container, not the checklist. Problems get solved before the client asks.
- Precision with documents — cross-border freight lives and dies on paperwork detail.
- Languages — English is essential for our overseas clients; Russian is a strong advantage on the Central Asia and CIS lanes.
- Corridor knowledge — border crossings, gauge changes and terminal codes are things we teach, but curiosity about them is something you bring.
