Each handover is a place where information is lost. WideSafe keeps the whole chain in-house, which is why our clients get one point of contact and one answer.

Frequently asked questions
Who runs the shipments in China?
Our own teams at Xi'an International Port: rail booking, licensed customs brokers, the warehouse and CFS crew, and our domestic trucking fleet. All of them report into the same office, so there is no vendor handover.
Do you use subcontracted brokers or consolidators?
No — customs brokerage, warehousing and domestic trucking are in-house. Abroad we work with a vetted partner network for devanning, clearance and last-mile delivery.
